Saigon Centre – Takashimaya is a premium commercial complex located at 65 Le Loi Street, District 1. It is a flagship high-end development under the Keppel Land Group. In 2017, Thanh Nien was honored to be entrusted by Keppel Land to manage the parking operations at Saigon Centre, with the following capacity:

• Phase 1 & Phase 2
• Number of basements: 6
• Gates / Lanes: 7 gates, 14 lanes
• Motorbike parking spaces: 4,400
• Car parking spaces: 368

The Saigon Centre parking facility is equipped with a modern parking control system, including high-tech access gates. It is also integrated with an LED parking guidance system for cars and a Redemption counter, where customers can pay parking fees before exiting, in combination with the mall’s promotional programs.
